Heckler and Kotch M1S90?

I noticed at the range yesterday a freinds M1 super 90 had "Heckler & Koch" on the side. Does this mean it was manufactured by H&K under licence from Benelli Armi?

H&K used to be the US distributor for Benelli; then back in, uhm, 1998 maybe, they broke away and formed their own distribution company, Benelli USA. H&K never manufactured the shotguns; they were all Benelli.
When Benelli broke away it left a hole in the shotgun category for H&K, which is why they picked up distribution for another Italian brand, Fabarm.
Then THEY broke away and were picked up by SIGarms.
I believe currently that H&K no longer have a shotgun for distribution.

Benelli and HK parted ways (amicably from what I understand) about the time Beretta, an HK direct competitor, bought Benelli.
