Is Dupont Hi-Skor 700x the same as IMR700x ---- I want to THINK it is --the cans of Hi-Skor 700x were given to me and I've used it for 12ga. shotgun and some handgun loads --- I now want to use it for .40 S&W .
    Thanks in advance -- GF123

Ps --- the Dupont Hi-Skor 700x is about 10-20 years old but has worked fine for anything I've reloaded it with.

Yes, it is the same thing.

Dupont/IMR powder production was aquired by Hodgdon's in 2003.

It is still the same old Hi-Score 700-X.
