1st appears to be an NAA Guardian; the second looks like a stainless-steel (or chromed-out) Makarov. In fact, if you look in the first picture, the empty space is the space for the gun in the second pic, and the label says "Makarov SS"

I'm actually a bit surprised, the guy who owns the 2 guns in the movie is some rich guy who designs yachts and motorcycles, has an expensive custom house, an expensive yacht, expensive clothes, expensive car yet owns some cheap surplus gun and a 250 dollar pocket pistol? I'd think for a rich guy he'd have something like a Sig or something expensive
I figure the prop department didn't know anything about firearms and figured "oooh that looks expensive" and figured the audience wouldn't notice or care. Maybe guns are banned in the future and he had them illegally or the value somehow went up on Makarovs?
It's the future maybe mak's and guardians are rare. Or maybe it's a Micheal Bane movie from the low end of the bell curve. Let's just hope he does a better job on transformers. Though I already have my doubts about it. Since optimus prime is no longer a cab over and beetle isn't a Volkswagen.
