Hi.This mag was packaged as a Beretta 948 22LR magazine but it has the button on the wrong side so it doesn't fit. It has a flat metal bottom. About 3 7/8" long on the back edge. It is 22LR.

The closest pic I've found looked like a 22LR Bernardelli 60 but I'm not sure. If anyone can help it'd be swell. Thanks for reading this.

Looks similar to a Walther PPK/s or PP .22lr mag.

I think the Bernadelli has a round spring, not flat as shown.

Thanks USP9. I'll check that out. Hopefully you're right and I can end my search.

UPDATE: You might be right. It looks like a Triple K Walther PP mag!

LATEST UPDATE: Walther expert says no.

I've also found pics of Triple K mags for the Beretta 948 with the button on the right.
Now I have to think there may have been two versions of that gun because this one
is the right size but there's no way I can switch the button because the other side
is solid, and the original magazine I have is a lefty.

Update: It is a Beretta 948 mag

I loved my Beretta 948 so much I actually stretched my budget to buy a second one, and was pleasantly surprised to find the magazine fit it perfectly.

Apparently there were two versions of the 948. This fit the earlier (1952) version, while the 1957 version I have has a slightly narrower grip that is too tight to accept this magazine.

That's a surprise. That mag is quite different than my 1953 Beretta 948 mags. All of my mags have a finger rest, but note the different follower in the one mag. They all have a round spring. Never knew there were two models of 948. Live by the old adage; "If the mag fits, load it."

That's a nice collection of mags and a nice looking gun. I'll take some pics of my two soon.

Did you find a source for the magazines or get them with the gun?

Reminds me of the Mark I magazines we picked up years ago that had the button on the wrong side. I just disassembled the mag and swapped it around, though.

I tried removing the button but it didn't help.

Luckily it fit my second gun.
