Help Identifying a S&W 19-1

I recently purchased a S&W 19-1 in very good condition. There are some markings on it and I cannot figure out what they mean.... I will post the markings and try to post pics if I need to....

Serial# K465061

On the left side of the frame, below the cylinder there are three sets of numbers: 0003......... FC-2............... 29

On the backstrap of the grip it has three things as well:
0003............. FC-2.............. SERPAPRO.....

Any ideas? Maybe a police department?

There is a security/armored transport company in Mexico by the name of Servicio Panamericano de Proteccion, S.A. de C.V. or SERPAPRO-SA. Maybe this was a gun used by one of their armed guards.
