Well, it is not a "Velodog" revolver, since it is not in 5.6 Velodog caliber (the cylinder is much too short). Other small European folding trigger revolvers are not "Velodogs".
That gun is probably chambered for the 7.65 Browning, aka .32 ACP. After the advent of the 6.35 Browning and 7.65 Browning (.25 ACP and .32 ACP respectively), many European revolver makers took advantage of the fact that those cartridges have rims and made revolvers for them. This is one of them.
To remove the cylinder pin, turn or unscrew the ejector rod (the pin with the oval head), pull it forward, then swing the ejector rod crane to the right so the ejector will enter one of the chambers. Then the center pin (with the large knurled head) should come out to the front and the cylinder drop out to the right.
