Go with the 17, it's a classic! And, the 19 is real close in size to the 26, might as well go for variety in the collection.

I shot a G20 today and I really REALLY liked it - if the Gen 4 was out I might have bought it today. Hoping they announce them at shot show....

The only thing is that I have a 4" S&W 686 .357mag in 7 shot and I think that the 10mm is a pretty similar round - if I'm hiking I'd most likely go to the S&W for the reliability and accuracy...

I really did love the 10mm though... way more accurate and controllable than I could have ever imagined...

.

I voted for the 17 only because I could vote for only one. Personally I would stick with the same caliber of a firearm that I already own. That's my OCD kicking in. If you like the way the 26 and 30 feel, then you love the way either the 17 or 21 handle. You'll gain interchangable mags too.

G20. Since you want to diversify, you can get one pistol that can shoot 10mm, 40sw, .357sig, 9X25 with the appropriate barrels. You already have 9mm so you would be set.

Well, I am totally in love with my G26 - carry it all day everyday - it just dissapears. Just as in love with my G30 which I carry when wearing a bit more clothes or want the comfort of .45acp. I shoot them a few times a week and they are just little accurate monsters.

I'd be happy if these were the only 2 guns I could ever own...

With that said, have some cash saved up and, even though I definitely don't NEED another Glock, I think it might be fun to add some more variety.

So, where should I go next? Which Glock would offer the best compliment?

Do I get a full size 9mm to share ammo or go for another caliber altogether? The Glock 27 and 23 are pretty intriguing as I can get conversion barrels for them - I shot a 10mm the other day and REALLY enjoyed that too, but not sure I would get a lot of use out of it as I use .357mag for trail duties...

I know I dont want .357sig or 45GAP or the super huge target Gocks like the 34...

Already have good handguns for CCW, HD and the trail so not really in need of filling any specific role... Just diversifying.

Thanks for any guidance and help!
If you want something different then i would definitley go G23.Second choice G19.

Get the full size 17 and 22, or better yet get the 22 with 9mm barrel.

The 9mm even work in the 22's mag.

With a 9mm and a .45acp, I see little need to go with something else UNLESS it is something super awesome like the G20 in 10mm. ;) However, for functionality's sake, I'd choose the full-sized 9mm or .45acp--the G17 or the G21.

Personally, I would get a larger variant of one of the calibers you already have either the G21 SF or the G19. That way you don't have to stock another caliber. (nothing against .40 S&W - love my G 27!) I have G21 SF that I use weekly for tactical pistol comp - the thing is a trooper for 1200 - 1500 rds per year - plus mag interchangability with your G 30 would be great if you ever desired to carry 2 pistols - you would be very well-armed.
