Just won a rifle on Gunbroker, went to call my FFL out in Gordonsville and I get a lady on the phone saying the business has been sold :(. Now I need to find new FFL close to Charlottesville pronto. I've been checking the Gunbroker FFL finder but I was wondering if anyone knows a good dealer in the area who doesn't have outrageous fees.

Jim Shipe is a Class III dealer I have used and could probably help you since he is in Charlottesville. If I was at home, I would post his contact info. but maybe you can track him down. Hope this helps.

Shotgun news

Never looked at the Carolinas, but Shotgun News (shotgunnews.com) has a list of cooperating dealers, print outable from the web site last I looked. Might find a couple in your general area. There are in mine. luck. :banghead:

Alright! Found a shop out in Staunton that will do a transfer without breaking the bank:)

Nuckols was pretty cheap plus it's on the way to Hite Hollow, so I can just pick up my new AK on the way to try it out :D

I've never been there. Pass it all the time time on the way to the range. Who knows I may come back with more than one.
