So I'm sitting here in my office chair, after just recently receiving my CHL... And I'm contemplating where the heck a gun would fit on my body if I chose to conceal it in a place where I would be sitting for a duration. My hips ride the side of my chair... so that's out. Basically anywhere on a belt is out. (I'm large and would be overwhelmingly uncomfortable.. The only place where, As I sit here, I think it would be comfortable would be on the arms legs or chest. Anyone have any ideas? I'm considering a belly band... but don't really like the idea of sweating profusely.

I believe Desantis makes a pocket holster for cargo pockets, but that will limit your size to your typical pocket guns. You could try other options such as ankle or appendix carry while seated

Probably not ideal but maybe under the desk? Or if you have a locking drawer, in case you leave the area for a bit.

I have found that my little Kahr PM9 in a Crossbreed Minituck is surprisingly comfortable to sit in. I wear it at 5:00 and find that there just isnt much pressure between my back and chair (or car seat) in that part of my body. I carry a little J-Frame snubby in a pocket holster at times, too. That works but the Minituck conceals better and has better access when seated than the pocket holster allowed. Try stuffing a paperback book in your belt at back of your body and see how that feels - the Minituck is only a tiny bit thicker and the leather keeps uncomfortable edges away from the skin.
