I have. They replaced a die with a chip in the threads and sent me some touchup paint for my press. Nice folks and their tools are superior, like a Freedom Arms is superior to Ruger.

The warranty on RCBS is SUPERIOR to Lee also.

Here's my other post regarding Lee warrenty & customer service.

RCBS'S warranty is impeccable for sure, with that said I broke a Lee Aluminum
Press "myfault" that was WAY OVER 2 years old and sent it back to Lee along with a trueful explanation as to what happened and that it was my fault. Less than 5 business days I received a replacement part along with a note informing me it was sent No Charge and Thanks for using Lee Equipment.

With that experience I would surmise their customer service is pretty impeccable. also.

Not to bad I'd say. Lee stands by their equipment for sure.

All of the companies I've called have sent free stuff, except Lyman. I have an old Lee HP mould. The previous owner had ground the HP pin down so it would cast regular RN bullets. I called Lee, and the lady that answered the phone said they quite selling that mould over ten years ago. Then she told me she thought she knew where they had a few pins. She still sent me a free pin assembly for a product that was discontinued over ten years ago, even though she was told it was used. As far as customer service goes, Lee's is as good as RCBS, Hornady, and Dillon to me. RCBS has changed their warranty. http://www.rcbs.com/general/warranty/

I wonder why those horrible people at Handloader lied about all those Chinese RC frames.

Ditto on what 918v said...I have a Redding Big Boss II and it is GREAT. Excellent power for sizing and also forming. The best primer disposal system also. The Rock Chucker, while an excellent press, will spit primers all over the place. Now, for the money, the Lee Classic TURRET is the way to go. Have one of those also. Still can single stage on that and I have not had any trouble with the ratchet piece AS LONG as you are very careful changing out the turrets.

jolly roger there is simple fix for the primer spitting Rockchucker.Take a red soda straw from Sonic and cut it off so it will fit the groove that the primers come out. They won't go anywhere but the tray. It will direct the primers down.
