Help w/ failure to extract

Yesterday I was shooting my P11 and it stopped extracting completely. Can't get it to extract snap-caps manually when I rack the slide they just sit in the extractor and go back in the chamber. I am afraid to use live rounds now.

Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks a lot.

P11 as in Kel-Tec P-11?

If so, your ejector is broken.

(It is extracting if it pulls the case out of the chamber, holds it, and puts it back in.)

Thanks for the tip. I took it by a local gun shop and the 'smith said it was snapped clean off.

rcmodel or anyone, know how hard it will be to install myself? I am ok at putting stuff back together, if it isn't "advanced" I should have it covered.

Kinda makes me mad though. But at least I don't have to send the gun off for weeks.

I replaced mine, without taking it compleatly apart. It was pretty basic. Call KT, they will send you a replacement, or two
