Help with new to my scope.

Just bought a used Stevens in 243. Came with a BSA Sweet scope, made for the 243 caliber. Looking for help with how to set up the adjustable turret drums.

If I can remember from when I had my Sweet 17, when sighting in set the parallax dial to 100 yards, then sight it in at 100 yards. Afterward use the hex key to loosen the elevation dial and set to '100', then re-tighten. Make sure to use the elevation dial for the correct grain ammunition you are using. I don't remember if the windage dial is marked, but if it is, set it to '0'.
