Hey guys. Just bought myself a ruger 22/45 mk III stainless 5 1/2 in barrel polymer frame.

Was looking for some different grips (all I can find is MK III not 22/45 mk III), some new sights (not a huge fan of the factory ones), and very importantly a holster.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are far as grips and the MKIII 22/45 are concerned, what you see is what you get. I bought a MKIII678 so I could get after market rubber grips with a thumb rest. Uncle Mikes makes a good nylon holster for ~$15.
Stock adjustable sights are OK. There are after market sights but they are expensive. I'd recommend installing a VQ match trigger and sear before looking at new sights. Also, get youself some extra magazines and a UCL.

In regards to grips: if you are feeling adventuresome, there is quite a bit of info available about modifying the 22/45 frame to accept 1911 style grips:

Sights:
I like the Millett adjustable sight:

I prefer black on black for target shooting, but the HiViz sight works well against dark backgrounds in the field.

I modified a friend's front sight by drilling it for a white dot and he has been pleased with it:
