That's funny. I thought lobbyists' jobs involved sucking up to Congresscritters, not filing lawsuits.

Did something change since yesterday? Do lobbyists file lawsuits, now?

Did I miss something about the new role of lobbyists in the Heller decision?

It's civil rights organization. The right it seeks to protect just happens to be one specified in the 2nd amendment.

I am so confused, what is this "Gun Lobby" they keep talking about???
do they mean us? the private citizens who want to protect our rights??

who are these politicians who are not afraid to take on the "gun lobby", i mean for crying out loud, do they not understand that the NRA is made up of the public??????

anyone want to bet that the nra filing the lawsuit is a preemptive strike to make sure they have control of the case? they were very unhappy that gura stole their thunder in parker/heller.

Most gun stores don't have a lobby.

Beretta Galleries, and the like, probably do, but otherwise there aren't many gun lobbies.
