Well, I'm going to stick to my assertion that intentionally shooting bullets that you have no idea where they are going to land (as depicted in the video) is a clear violation of every basic shooting safety rule any of us have been taught. Its essentially no different than firing into the air. Even if you own the land, you don't own the game animals that walk on it. If you're ok with that, so be it.

Now we are really stretching with "the State owns the animals" argument. Them not knowing to leave after I have rode around them on quads and shooting before hand at the bermed ranges is not realistic. Having to look out for the ants burroughed in the berm will be next...

I am emailing Mythbusters to test some of these claims in the thread. Would be an interesting show for sure.

I don't know if anyone else mentioned it or not because it's too late for me to read 5 pages of replies, but I'd be more worried about the tracers he's sending off into the trees starting a fire than I would be about the ricochets off the water hurting someone.
