Hi Cap mag restrictions in Ma

I have some high cap pistol mags for sale, Is there any restrictions on selling these to someone in Boston Ma?

Compliance with Mass law, which by the way is the same as the old AWB, is the buyers responsibility. Just ensure the buyer has a Class A LTC and you are good.

The issue is whether they were manufactured prior to sep 1994

If they are pre-ban, then no problem. A lot of places won't ship anything to MA, they got put off by overly aggressive scare tactics which our former attorney-general use to pull. That is why many ammunition dealers also won't ship to MA, even though it is perfectly legal!
