Hi Standard M1911 .45 ACP

I saw some comments on the Hi Standard M1911 and can't find them now.
I own a Hi Standard M1911 and shoots great, has nice trigger pull,
never a malfunction yet. Little weak on the bluing, Gives it "Character".

Radioman, search for "High Standard" or "Rock Island Armory Compact Tactical"

They are about 95% the same. Your finish is Parkerized and there is some good info about that here: http://xavierthoughts.blogspot.com/2007/02/parkerizing-truth-vs-tales.html

The High Standard is rarer than the RIA, but the differences are really just in the Rollmark.
