High Standard Model B Good Buy?

Ok, I have the opportunity to buy a High Standard Model B S/N 92XXX made in 1941. It is in great shape, 98% even on the front and back straps the blue looks new- It is NOT a refinish!

the guy wants $325- good deal?

also, any interesting history or factoids about this pistol?

$325 seems reasonable for a Model B in 98% condition.
That's exactly what I paid for mine a few years ago and it's no 98%. I haven't seen another one since, so I'm glad I picked it up...it's accurate and a whole lot of fun to shoot. Great pistol to teach new shooters with, too,
What length is the barrel?

Here's a factoid: Suppressed Model Bs were used by the OSS in WWII for clandestine operations.
