I was a little unsure how to vote, but ultimately I said the 2nd Amendment should trump State laws.

The constitution and Bill of Rights affirms unalienable rights. States' rights don't trump the right to free speech, a speedy trial, or due process. Why should they trump the second amendment just because New York doesn't like it?

That poll must have been programed in NY. I voted for second amendment and it "Results" showed 2679 out of 2893 total votes for 3%
