I am always extermely polite to everyone I deal with like that. I didn't even raise my voice after they cut me off four times while giving me the, "let me see if I can connect you with so and so" run around.

Did your "great customer service" include them sending you a couple parts that you needed without going through a "HK approved dealer"?

Now my experiencw was two or three years ago and maybe HK has got their act together but from what I heard at the time my experience was pretty common.

Thanks varoadking, I'll give that a try.

I'm a relatively big HK fan. I've owned 2 USPs, 3 G3 varients, an HK94, and of course, my beloved USC. I dealt with HK's CS for around half of the firearms over the course of 10+ years. While my experiences were not as negative as M2's, I've concluded that HK CS took their key from corporate: no great affection for private/civilian customers.

This doesn't stop me from buying their firearms, but it has led me to rely upon private gunsmiths, rather than HK's support.

Just my 2 cents.
