HK USP Parts availability

Hi all,
Has anyone ever tried to obtain parts from HK USA? I ask because for 2 months I've been trying to get a firing pin spring for my USP9 "Tacticool" after detail strip sent the old one launching across the room:banghead:

I've attempted to make contact with HK for 2 months now but to no avail. Any suggestions?
