Ok, saw another thread that mentioned sights for a USP and it got me wondering,

What type/brand of sights do you have on your HK USP?

Why did you choose them and how do you like them?

And is your USP a full size, compact or tac???

I currently have the stock sights on my full size USP but am considering changing them (for no particular reason)

Not really interested in what's on other guns, just the USP,
Thanks :)

I have a USP Expert.
I have a Meprolight tritium dot adjustable rear sight paired with an MMC green tritium dot front sight on my pistol.
I love this set-up.

One of my Tacs has the stock adjustables, the other Tac has trijucon HK #06 night sights. I didn't really choose them, since I bought the guns used and this is what the previous owner had on them. I'll sell the one with night sights shortly because I want to be able to see the sights over my suppressor. The stock adjustable ones are pretty nice.

My USP compact currently has stock sights, but as soon as the threaded barrel arrives from Jarvis I'll get some taller ones to see over the can on that one too.

My USP compact has stock sights. I have no reason to change them.

XS sights Big dot on both my USP9 and USP45C. Love them. The big dot makes it impossible to miss the front sight under stress. They use Trijicon tubes for quality/brightness. No complaints at all.

I'm going to get Mepro's for my compact 9mm. I have Mepro's on my Sig and Glock and I like them so I'm sticking with Mepro's.

Any suggestions on vendors?

i have mepro's on my compact .40 and i like them. i tried trijicon but the front sight would not stay in the dovetail. the mepro are much brighter and easier to pick up quickly anyway. i'll be sticking with them.

Got stock sights on my USPf right now but I got a set of Meps for $68 from Arizona Gunrunners that will be installed very soon. I picked Meps since it seemed the majority of people on The High Road and The Firing Line recommend them over other night sights.

The stock sights have a pretty good sight picture. Trijicons pretty much match this sight picture. Older Meprolights had a fat front blade, giving a terrible sight picture - the newer Meprolights are better.

I've settled on Trijicons (all green), with the front narrowed to .120", the rear opened to .155. Accurate, and fast.

I have meprolight on my USP45. green front and back. For daylight shooting, it's okay, the white dot is not as clear as the stock sights on my USP9 and P2000. I think I like the stock sights better because it's very easy to see.
I have no plan to install night sights on the USP9 and P2000.
