Hodgdon Down?

I tried to get into Hodgdon's website to look up some reloading data. I can not get through. I can reach other websites, this one included. I wonder if any of you are having trouble reaching Hodgdon's website too?
 
Yeah, I was trying to look up something a few hours ago and couldn't get in either.
 
Just tried it. Didn't work. Maybe they're just doing maintenance to the site. Probably will work tomorrow.
 
Probably just a massive explosion there that severed their connection to the server. They'll have it fixed by morning. :D
 
Yup! Its working. I was going to do some reloading yesterday using Trail Boss. The site being down stopped be dead. I did go ahead and size, deprime and reprime the cases. This afternoon I'll finish them.
 
It is indeed down again. It would seem they are either having server trouble or they are updating the load data.
 
I can't get on it either. It gives the error message: "Additional uncaught exception thrown while handling exception."

Fortunately, I have the data archived on my hard drive as well as printed out in a 3 ring binder for all the calibers I reload.

Just to throw in a slightly off topic personal rant, this perfectly illustrates why I distrust the "Cloud" based data storage. If and (inevitably) when the infrastructure goes down, you can still access vital data if you have it on your own local backup disks.

Paper is even better. Power grid failures and EMPs won't wipe out the printed page.
 
I agree, paper is always better. I have used online data for some hard-to-find load before, but I always save it offline to make sure I have it when needed.
 
The same guy who runs the website must be in charge of the powder manufacturing also!:banghead:
 
Seems they have either been having issues (or maybe updating) a good bit lately. There was another thread about a week ago.
