My father in law has had a rough last couple of years (2 heart surgeries, was in a coma for a month) but he's finally starting to get better. He's still pretty weak but he's getting better every day. So, I thought it would be nice to take him out for some fun to celebrate his recovery.
He's always wanted to go hog hunting. We don't have them in Nebraska except for a few scattered places, and it's illegal to shoot them here (what I've heard is it's because the Game & Parks commission doesn't want people to find out they like hunting them and then introduce them. Seems counterintuitive, doesn't it?)
Missouri and Kansas are within an hour's drive, though, so I've been trying to find a place that offers hog hunting in those states. It would be best if they're somewhat close to Lincoln, NE, but I would be ok with driving a little ways. Anyone know of anything?
