Hogue grips - Mod. 686

I do't like the Pachmyer grips on my square butt 686 and am considering some Hogue rubber grips. My 629 has a little piece on the bottom of the frame which has a roll pin running through it which the grip screws onto. Does this come with the grips or do you have to order it (where?) and what is it called. Thanks...

If you lose the doohickey (they call it a "stirrup") and/or the screw, Hogue will send you another one free of charge.

I wish I could buy the rubber grips the model 69 has on it. They fit my hand better than any grip Houge makes.

They're the same as this set I have right here. Standard S&W synthetic. Came on my 686, their yours for however much it costs me to ship them just to get them out of my parts bin.

Darn, I was gonna be happy seeing them go to a good home.

The most comfortable rubber grip I found for my Model 686 is the Pachmayr Gripper. Both the the Pachmayr Presentation and the Hogue Monogrip are a bit too big for my smaller hands.
