Hold on. Could THIS be why I'm having accuracy issues with my CETME?

My CETME has been giving me fits. I can shoot a three round group at 100 yards and have two holes almost touching whereas the third shot missed the target entirely. Or at fifty yards one hole through the X, one hole in the extreme lower left hand corner of the paper, and one in the extreme upper right corner of the paper, etc. etc. Basically, it keeps hinting that it can be pretty accurate, but then it all goes to pot...usually after firing around three rounds.

Well, the flash hider was getting a little loose, so I took it off to use some lock tight on it, and here's what I found.

Cue fuzzy pictures...

It's kinda hard to make out, but I'm assuming when the MB was removed, the gunsmith had to cut it off...and cut straight through the outer couple of millimeters of the crown. Could this be contributing to the accuracy problems?

I can't tell by the pictures if you have any actual crown damage but I know a loose flash hider can cause accuracy problems, had it happen to me on a HK 91. If the damage is just a shallow cut that doesn't affect the crown it's probably not hurting anything, but if it's deep enough to compromise the barrel or extends over the crown it would be of concern.

I think a barrel that wasn't properly press fit into the barrel trunnion could be a major reason why the gun is acting like a bullet hose.
Pictures are fuzzy but the crown does not appear to be damaged.

The outside of the crown doesn't mean anything. The inside [ bore/crown edge] is critical.
