I contacted Holosun about the failure of my HE507K-GR. It was about a year old. This was almost 2 weeks ago and the still have not returned my email with any details. I am very disappointed and will not buy their products in the future. Comments welsome.
 
Recently, I had a piece of audio equipment from a big name manufacturer stop functioning after a few months. Repeated EMails and calls resulted in the company telling me that their equipment doesn’t break. I finally resolved things by contacting my dealer. You might try the same.

I called them and the message told me to email them. Just one big circle of F*** you!
Yup, I have been having the very same experience trying to get a screw for the battery tray. Emailed with no response. Called and left a message and no response. Message says for faster service email them....
 
Update. After many emails. They finally sent a shipping label and RMA. I have made the first hurdle. Now we will see how it goes from here. I am normally a polite, patient person but I do not like to be ignored. I think most of us do not like to be ignored. On to phase two. Best wishes!

At least you finally got through. The wait time makes one wonder what's going at Holosun. Are they that busy or just hoping you will go away unless persistent. I like my Holosuns. I also have an Eotech Eflx and had an issue soon after installing. They were very quick at responding...
