As I've been working on the mountain land and wearing my USP9 open carry (don't have my non-resident permit yet), I've found that my cheap Uncle Mike's set up is not cutting the mustard, as they say.
I've got an Uncle Mike's holster with the thimb break.....the one that will convert to IWB/OWB/belt clip on/ or belt slide through. But that isn't too bad.
I figure I really need to upgrade my belt. I have the black canvas belt with the big plastic clip together buckle. It won't fit through the belt loops on my work pants and causes much consternation while trying to keep things secure while working around the cabin. It used to be adequate for the casual carry around while walking, etc......but just isn't working now.
What belt, thin enough to go through beltloops, do you like? What's the thinnest that works practically for keeping the holster under control?
Us MD'ers don't get much experience with holsters........
