Galco DAO may be an option. I use them for my 586 6" and 686 4" and there may be enough room to accommodate your barrel

While I own a 6" 686, I had to Google image 686 Competitor to know what that model was, and before I finished typing the first thing that came up in the search box, was "S&W 686 Competitor Holster"

Some options

Pure Kustom https://www.purekustom.com/pure_kustom_holsters_tactical_leather_holsters.html

Speed Beez https://www.speedbeez.com/product/speed-beez-kydex-competition-revolver-holsters/

Not shown in the search, but they probably cover it is Simply Rugged https://www.simplyrugged.com

also probably Lobo Gun Leather https://lobogunleather.com

Thanks guys. I like my speedbeez loader so that's a nice option. I can google search and find all kinds of stuff but I think the advantage of forums is you can get actual experiences from people that have bought and used these products.

Assuming you don't want something like the Double Alpha Race holster or the like. These are more "holders" than holsters.

I use the Comp-Tac 6" for L Frame holster for my 686 when shooting ICORE Classic.
I also have one for 6" N frame model for the 929 to use in ICORE Limited and USPSA.

Oh, heck, I'm prejudice. Pretty much use Comp-Tac for all competition holsters. Then I'm not a master shooter or a speed demon on the draw.

I normally make my own but I recently bought a Comp-Tack 6 inch for my 617. My gun fits perfectly. Even though I don't have to draw my .22 cal in Steel Challenge I have practiced with it just for the heck of it and it works well.

My gun is very secure but comes out very easy.

I just didn't have enough of the right leather to make a new holster the way I want so I bought the Comp-Tack. I just got in some heavier leather and some rawhide for a liner so that it's stiff enough to hold my gun secure.
