I've done several High Noon reviews, and find they make fantastic equipment. For concealed carry I lam very partial to two particular ones, first being the
Down Under IWB, here with straps on my CZ SP-01 Phantom,
...and here on a Beretta PX4 Storm with the optional belt clip,

A recent awesome development from High Noon is the
Double Jeopardy rig, shown here in natural with my CZ P-01, same size as your Compact.
Also shown in black with the wife's CZ 2075 RAMI.

This holster offers huge numbers of adjustments with the numer of adjutsment holes front and back, (7 and 6), and the fact that if you look at mine, you can see one clip is inside the leather, and the other is not - the clips can be positioned inside for greater stability as a regular IWB, or outside like my wife's, for a tuckable version. Not cheap, but worth every penny and then some.
May I suggest one VERY important addition for any holster setup? A top notch belt, and High Noon makes the
Rock Steady gun belt, seen in some of the pictures above. It's sturdy and rugged. Only belt I wear nowadays. Shown here with the cheap dress belt I tried to make into a gun belt. Not a good idea.

I hope that helped. I've been carrying CZs concealed for some time now, and I have to say High Noon is the way to go.
