Howdy,

Over the years I have acquired quite a few holsters and belts. All are either law enforcement duty and off duty equipment.

What web site would you recommend for listing leathergoods of this type for sale?

Thanks.

Here would seem to be the logical choice. I like the sale rules over at AR15.com- they are pretty strict on both sellers and buyers. If the buyer or the seller welches after the deal is made it can result in a site ban and even entry (of real name not just handle) into the Hall of Shame. Much lower chances of getting ripped off and a huge audience.

EBay! Hands down.

Ive sold most of mine there, and made good money doing so. Cleaned out all my "holster" boxes, drawers, etc. too. Old web gear, mag pouches, chest rigs, etc, are also good sellers.

Used night sights and gun parts are even better. What M1 Garand parts bring these days is unbelievable!

Ive listed a few things, including holsters, on a couple of different gun forums, and only ever sold one item. Did have a couple of "Ill take its", that drug on and never came to fruition though.

Ive sold some things on Gun Broker as well. The auction sites seem to be the best place, and you dont have to wait to long. Most of what Ive sold went on the first listing.

Here! This is a great place to buy and sell stuff. Other than that I use backpage.com for local gun stuff.

ebay and Gunbroker are optimal online spots to sell gunleather. if what you've got is highly desirable, the sky's the limit. gunleather collectors will eat Top Ramen for weeks to score that special holster.
