My experience with One Shot ....It works perfect for pistol/revolver brass ... Sprayed in the one gallon zip lock bag .... I spray into bag then put brass in the bag after, then roll the brass around ....dump in shallow cardboard box, let it dry.... if cold add heat lamp ...warm a small fan .... It is pricey $$$ ...one of the reasons I now make my own lanolin/Heet mix ...

Rifle brass Get Imperial Wax ....

Making your own is way cheaper. 4 oz of RCBS Case Slick is $9.40. 16 oz of 99% alcohol is $9.32 and 4 oz of lanolin is $9.00 so say you use 1.5 ounces of lanolin in 16 oz of alcohol your at $11.57 for 16 oz or $.72 per ounce compared to $2.35 per oz for Case Slick. I just pulled prices from Amazon and Midway so the items might be cheaper elsewhere

I was given the tip of using the ISO HEET (red bottle) as it's 99% Isopropyl Alcohol and it's only $1.97 for a 12 ounce bottle (Walmart). Amazon had Now Foods brand liquid Lanolin for $6.99 at the time (now it's $9.97).

So I got 26 ounces of case lube for $7.61 (inc. tax) vs. 8 ounces of Dillon Case Lube for $8.95.

And it's excellent and more convenient for large batches of brass.
