Has anyone had experience with these bullets? I was gifted a box of 100, but already have great loads worked up for 32 gr Hornady V-Max and 39 gr Sierra BK, so I'm thinking it might not be worth the work of loading, testing, and loading only 100 bullets.

I've been able to use them pretty much interchangeably with the 39gr SBKs but I did a very abbreviated workup to be sure (shot a few at minus 1.0 and minus 0.5gr to check for issues). In my Savage they shoot to just a very slightly different POA. Equally well though.

load them just like the Sierra 39gr...they are very accurate and explosive...if you dont' want them I use them for you

My prairie dog load is with the .204 cal 40 grain V-Max. They work great in both my 204 Ruger Savage bolt rifle and long barrel 204 Ruger AR-15.

I've worked up a load with a few of 39 grain Sierras and like Ifishsum and Chief 101, the load is virtually identical as with the 40 V-Max. When I load more, I have a 500 count box of 39 grain Sierras in inventory, I'm sure I'll have to tweak it a bit for accuracy.
