Hornady 55 gr. soft points for a 223 Rem.??

I have a Remington model 700 BDL 223 Rem. My parents bought it "new" for me when I was 15 (1989). It has a 24" barrel with 1 in 12 twist. I have a Leupold two piece base with mediun rings that have been lapped, a Leupold VX-II 4-12x40mm AO Scope. It's been glass bedded, the barrel is free floated and I adjusted the trigger pull.

I used to shoot Remington 55 gr. Hollow Point Core-Lokts then they became hard to find and expensive so I tried Winchester USA White box 45 gr. Hollow Points. Both these rounds were very accurate, sub MOA. However I couldn't find either of them locally last week so I bought a box of THESE Hornady 55 gr. SP, box of 50. It says on the box "223 REM 55 gr. SP BRASS TRAINING". They shoot pretty well in my rifle, right around MOA. I read some of the reviews on Midways page, the comments are very good. They look just like a regular soft point bullets, with some lead exposed at the tip.

Hornady doesn't have them listed on their web site. I think I found the bullets listed though. It says-

*Streamlined design for ultra flat trajectories.
*Match grade jacket design provides maximum accuracy at all ranges.
*Explosive expansion, even at low velocities.

Would these bullets be good for woodchucks, crow, fox, coyotes and such?

Those LOOK pretty much like the 55grn spire points i used to run in my adl .223 with good results. Most of what i shot were in the 1-4lb range, or were small to med deer. They worked fine for everything i asked of them.
