As we know their is no auto shutoff on the pistol bullet feeder. I have seen many great Ideas here to fix that. This is just another idea. It's simple and if you don't like it or want to do something else you can go back to the OEM setup in 5 seconds.

I turn the feeder on and let the entire tube fill, then switch it off. When I see the bullets getting low in the transparent portion of the tube I just flip the feeder on again and let the tube fill and so on. This way the feeder does not run unnecessarily.

The glass pot lid cuts noise a great deal but their is no need for the feeder to run when it doesn't need too.
