Hornady Bullet Feeders & Dies in stock; RCBS Case-Activated Expanders too.

Some have been waiting for RCBS's new Uniflow Case-Actuated Expanders to gain an extra station on Progressives using the Uniflow. (expand and powder drop on one station)

Many others have been waiting for Hornady to finally see daylight producing their Bullet Feeders & Dies.

Finally I can report they are available.....at Midway at least...for now.

I will have to really take a close look at the RCBS expanders. I could go back to an all green press and not a "christmas colored one".

True enough...and one could sell the Hornady parts if one wants to...to Hornady AP owners who don't have expanders yet, and come out ahead. Using the new RCBS expanders, a Pro 2000 owner would no longer need Hornady bottom linkage parts and powder die, since the RCBS version of those parts comes with every Pro 2000.

Another new part Midway has in stock now is this Hornady improvement to their powdermeasure/expander setup:

This part prevents undo pressure on the powder measure while expanding. I'm wondering if it will fit and work on RCBS's Uniflow linkage......must check it out tomorrow, since I do have one. (Hornady started including that part with the linkage kits). Do you have one, Pete?

No I don't but that makes a great idea. You do put a strain during loading there. I will have to check that out tomorrow.
