I have no clue what is going on here. I've been loading 9mm for over a year and just switched everything out to 45.

I'm only de-capping/sizing at this point. I dumped in maybe 200 cases of 45 and things are fine. I de-cap about 50 or so. I had one clog with the case feeder but no problem. The case feeder is functioning fine.

I then adjust the feeder tube cuz they they were feeding right around the bracket area and now no power to the case feeder, wont turn on. :cuss:

I took all the cases out and cant turn the gear by hand with the plate. I checked my outlet and have power.

I'm completely lost.

My switch got stuck halfway off a couple weeks ago. I pulled off the front cover and popped the switch arm a few times and now it is good. Next time I will drop in a fat case like a .45 a few times. If that doesn't clear it up I will call Hornady and have them replace it. They have always been very good to me for warranty stuff.

The micro switch got pushed in I guess. It was out over 1/4 an inch but I pushed it out a little more and I was good to go.
