I want to neck size my 223 Lapua brass that I use in my Kimber MT for hunting. I already have Redding neck and full-length type S dies. I heard Hornay bushing "bumps" the neck while Radding does not. Not sure which to buy & use. Help please. Thanks.

You don't need to bump the shoulder back on every loading. It is fireformed for your chamber. When it starts to get snug, after a few reloads, just bump the shoulder back with the FL die.

Just use the Redding full length body die. Set it for no bump. If you want bump use the Redding Competition shell holder set, and use which ever one that provides the bump you are looking for.

I have both and the Redding Competition bushing neck die with micrometer for neck sizing.

I would beg to differ. You want your brass to be the same dimension every time it enters your chamber. I try my best to bump no more than .003", it gives enough room for easy chambering and extraction.

Another vote Redding bushing die FL
Although on small calibers Lee Collet work pretty good. Hard to beat Redding keeps things consistent
