hornady shellplate

Hi , I am new to reloading , I have bought a few manuals , I have reloaded about 700 rounds of 223s on a pals 550 dillon , I have a hornady lock n load on order from Midsouth , my ? is can you use the same shellplate for 308 and 30.06 on the hornady L N L . Well be reloading 223s , 308 , 30.06 .Thanks TEDMI.

.308, 30.06, .45 ACP, .243 etc. all have the same case head size.

.223 naturally would be different. .380 uses the same as .223

Like Walkalong said. You can use the same shell plate on any case that has a common head size. I think you will find more commonality with rifle cases than pistol cases though!

Shellplate #16 does 223.

Shellplate #1 does 308/243/45 etc
