Let my try and understand this. You were arrested for DUI and you had a firearm in the vehicle? I am assuming you were convicted of DUI.
Lost your firearm in addition to the fines, courts, insurance, and other hoops you must jump through?
Don't drink and drive, then you won't have these problems.
I can't be sympathetic over your firearm loss if you are indeed guilty of DUI.
If you are not guilty, then it is another story.
