I recently learned about this gun and it seems rather impressive. Has anyone hands on experience with/owns one if so what are the pros and cons for such a weapon?
Only consider getting a PCC (pistol caliber carbine) if your rifle needs are already filled. It's really hard to justify a PCC when you don't have a real rifle.
The Colt or any other PCC built on the AR framework are finicky. I've seen plenty, including real 100% Colt PCCs that just never worked all the time. Feeding problems seem to be the most common one I've observed. The PCC that Olympic Arms makes that uses a dedicated receiver and Glock pistol mags has had the best reliability, in my experience.
After watching the guys struggle with the 9mmP AR PCCs I went a slightly route. BSW
