How do you identify US made AK parts?

Do not say they will all be stamped Made in US. I recently purchased my 2nd WASR-10. From reading different sites, I have found that depending on how the gun was imported, it may have different US parts counts. As most of you know all WASR-10s were single stack machined out to use a double stack. One site I read said that if it was imported as a single stack then all the parts would be Romanian. The mag well on both of mine have been machined out. I don't particularly like the furniture and I want to change it out but keep the gun legal with the part count. I hate the way synthetics look on an AK. So how can I tell what parts were made here that are not stamped? What about US made wood furniture? I've already added a US made AK74 style supressor and I'd really like to go with a folding stock on this one. Any help would be appreciated.

But it's generally true for op-rods, furniture, G2 trigger group and such. On the other hand, I've picked up a milled trigger group from Red Star Arms that was not marked as US even though it was advertised as US made.

I know of no US made wood stock sets. If you want a US made folder, I'd suggest saving the pennies and springing for an ACE sidefolder setup. It's simply superb. You can get a TAPCO side folder, but I've heard some not-so-swifty things about its durability.
