How do you remove a VLTOR ARM fixed stock?

I'm trying to replace it with a collapsible stock. The fixed one was on it when I bought it and I can't find anything about taking it off. (If you want to know how to install one, google's got you covered).

I'll keep looking, but hopefully someone here knows whats what.

so reading thru the owners manual, if its mounted to a rifle extension its screws in from the rear. If its mounted to a carbine extension theres a lock pin and some kinda latch on the bottom that keeps it in place.
Never seen one of those ugly things, so cant really offer any more than what i could get from the manual.

looking at what few pictures I can find, the lock pin and latch are about mid way along the bottom of the stock in a rectangular window. Im PRETTY sure you push one side or the other to so the pin can be pulled down.

I did that, and it gives a small amount of wiggle but doesn't come off.
