I have a 760 and a 700, both in .30-06. The felt recoil in the 760 is much more noticeable.

My 760 with a metal butt plate, shooting in a t-shirt from the bench starts to wear me out after 15 rnds. No flinching, but the bruise becomes more noticable. Recoil is relative to the person and experience.
