In addition to current and valid government-issued photo identification, attendees must provide at least one of the following:
Current Federal Firearms License Type 1 and 2. Types 2, 6, 7, 8, 9 10 and 11 will require additional documentation as mentioned below.
Purchase order or invoice issued or received by your company dated within the last six months for shooting, hunting and related outdoor, military, law enforcement or tactical products or services. Invoices and receipts must show your company name and current business address.
Business license that includes your company name and business address and that describes your company as directly related to the shooting, hunting or outdoor trade or the military, law enforcement or tactical market (Federal and/or State Tax ID will not be accepted).
Resale certificate that includes your company name and business address and that describes your company as directly related to the shooting, hunting or outdoor trade or the military, law enforcement or tactical market.
Commercial lease identifying your company name and current business address and that sufficiently demonstrates your company’s direct affiliation with the shooting, hunting or outdoor trade or the military, law enforcement or tactical market.
Company business advertisement in a print magazine, journal, etc., published during the last six months directly related to the shooting, hunting or outdoor trade or the military, law enforcement or tactical market.
Company website identifying your company name and current business address and that sufficiently demonstrates your company’s direct affiliation with the shooting, hunting or outdoor trade or the military, law enforcement or tactical market.
A letter of intent from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating that you intend to start a business directly related to the shooting, hunting or outdoor trade or the military, law enforcement or tactical markets (this is acceptable for new businesses only).
Employees of non-exhibiting companies must provide written confirmation on their employer’s letterhead authorizing their attendance at the show. Letter must indicate confirmed meetings with exhibiting companies – NO Suitcasing/Outboarding Permitted. Employer must be directly affiliated with the shooting, hunting or outdoor trade or the military, law enforcement or tactical market and employee’s attendance must be for employer’s business purposes.
Law enforcement and military personnel registering as “Buyers” must furnish a written statement from their commanding officer or other superior in their chain of command verifying purchasing authority.
Other appropriate documentation that clearly demonstrates, as solely determined by show management, you or your company’s direct affiliation with the shooting, hunting or outdoor trade or the military, law enforcement or tactical market.
The following are NOT acceptable documents: Business cards, firearms permits, FOIDs, hunting licenses and NRA or other affiliate firearms instructor permits will not be accepted.
Applications submitted without current and valid identification AND documentation demonstrating trade or market affiliation will not be processed. The show reserves the right to permit or deny admission to anyone based on information provided, to accept or reject information submitted and to request additional information, at any time.
