How many have had a "hang fire?"

I've never had a hang fire but had several light strikes resulting in FTF when using small rifle primers in my reloads for my revolvers. This thread is a good reminder for me not to assume a FTF is a light strike. Advancing the cylinder to the next chamber with a hang fire in the cylinder could be catastrophic if it fired not aligned with the barrel or not able to clear the frame. Anyone had a hang fire when shooting a DA revolver? When speed shooting a revolver you wouldn't know until it's too late.

If you shoot muzzle loaders often enough, you will eventually have a hang fire, especially if you choose to shoot a flint lock.
