How Many People Have a Mobile Press Set Up?

My range is only 20 minutes from the house, but it has an indoor underground 100yd rifle tube with integrated chronographs, and there are reloading presses mounted and ready to go. I'd still have to move my scale, and it's oil dampened, so that would be a mess.

I haven't had a need to do anything but load at home and drive over.

The 600yd range is about 1.5 hours away, but there is an indoor stat house at the 600yd line that would be wind-free for measuring powder and tables that would accept a press with judicious application of c-clamps.

Here's mine. Used a hitch mounted vice mount with an old melamine cabinet door. Press is mounted over the plate so a heavy table is not needed.

This is not me but a shooter/reloader I met at a shooting competition who has a loading bench and complete loading setup in his fancy motor coach. It no doubt cost him a bundle and has to be about the ultimate in portable reloading.

I am very interested in this topic. About to start reloading this winter, but will still be living in a very small apartment. I have a large balcony but have no interest in leaving stuff outside to be stolen.

As of now I plan on setting up on an inactive fireplace mantle with a stool and building some rudimentary shelving above it. I am still exploring this "mobile bench" idea though, because I won't be staying in this place forever.
