How Much Should a CZ 75B Cost These Days?

I got one in satin nickel finish for $425 including taxes and everything. Tag was $399. I think the ones with the polycoat finish would be alittle less.

editted to add: that was for a new one.

I recently paid $360 out-the-door at a DFW store for my '96 vintage (but CLEAN) CZ75B.

Wholesale prices are $325-350. How close you get is dependent upon you relationship to your local dealer and circumstance.
$375-400 retail is about right.

The 85's are about the same IIRC, I'll look them up if someone else doesn't before I come back from Ohio.

J&G Sales has 75B Tacticals with 2 10 rounds mags and a knife for $350. That's dealer price, of course. 85's run higher as do guns in .40.

Looks like CZ 75B's in 40 and CZ 85's run about $15-20 more than than the various 9mm 75's. This is just the standard guns, the ISPC and model 85 "Combat" are more.

I was told last week that a few of the CZs could be bought at 'below dealer costs' and was quoted $371 for a CZ75B SA and the lowest price I've ever seen an SA for brand new on the shelf in a gunshop (not at a gunshow) was $389.

For the standard, all steel, full size 75bs, I'd shoot for $370 for the gun only.

I should know better...

Than to read this type of thread.

Now I feel bad.

I paid $419 before tax for the CZ75B I bought in Oklahoma City. It's a fine pistol (in fact my favorite for just plain fun shooting and is just as accurate as my SIG) but now I feel just like a sucker for not getting a better price.:(

Oh well... The shop I bought it at is run by a pretty good guy who semi-struggles to keep it open so maybe the extra 20 to 50 I paid over the going rate went for a good cause.

Wow, you guys are getting a great deal if you’re paying under 400 for a CZ. Here in the great state of NY, a CZ75B on the poly finish is going for 489.00. The Satin Nickel is fetching 510.00.

Going out of state is out of the question as NY requires a spent case from the factory for Ballistic fingerprinting. CZ will only send a NYS complient (with spent shell casing) pistol when specifically asked for.

cratz2, dude buy 2 SAs!

stevedag, atleast you can get the nickel ones in NY, they're "not unsafe" here in Cali not to mention we miss out on the factory 15rounders

Dan

p.s. oh yeah I'm picking up my second CZ today! yay! Readyontheright, $345 OTD for a 9mm CZ75BD :D Dude, dual CZs! :neener:

Thaks all! I paid a more than I probably should - $420 for the OD green version with the Kershaw knife and two 10 round mags. Not the best knife in the world -- it's somewhat hard to open and the screws on the clip are kind of rough -- but a nice little perk.

That is one sweet pistol. I haven't been able to get out and fire it yet, but it sure fits my hand well. It feels somewhat small, but surprisingly, it's about the same size as a 1911.

Now ... where do I find a deal on good standard capacity mags?:D

I got a NIB duotone 75B in .40S&W w/ 2 factory 10-rd. mags last july for $349.00.
