My shooting trips are unpredictable. I've been twice in three weeks...but I may not shoot for a month(or two). Some times I don't know I'm going until ten minutes before I leave the house! Good thing the gear is in "wheels up" condition all the time!

It gets wicked cold here, I don't shoot much after Thanksgiving. When the grass starts to turn green again, I may shoot once a week.

We had -25 f actual air temperatures here last week. That's not windchill, that's what the thermometer said. I used the opportunity to check the reliability of my G26 in extreme cold. 25 rounds were fired before my hands were ready to fall off. It went bang every time

I am lucky to and try to make it out once a month. Would I shoot everyday if I had the chance? you bet I would. I take a gun out and fondle it and point it at my antelope on the wall daily.

With the price of ammo, gas, and the range being a 60 mile round trip, the most I get out is maybe once a month.

Ammo costs money!!!!!!!! I try to shoot lots of .22 but I don't shoot higher calibers very often. I get an urge and fire 500 rounds of a caliber i happen to have extra of at the time. But honestly, I think I have guns I haven't shot yet.

17 years ago I was going thru ammo like it was going out of style!! I miss those days. Of course all I had to worry about then was gas, smokes,beer or soda and ammo.

Since I started working nights and most gun ranges dont open before 11 am I am hard pressed to get in range time.

I try to get to the local indoor range at least once a week for target practice. handle my guns almost daily just to stay "warmed up". practice archery once a month (crossbow and longbow) and play a heck of a lotta shooting games on the computer and playstation. I really want the cabellas hunting game for the wii, comes with a rifle. Also try to get out paintballing just for the "combat simulation" or whatever you wanna call it.

With the way the winter has been, about once or twice a month. During the summer I'll shoot once a week. I try to at least keep my finger on something, be it a pistol or a shotgun.

well, they keep closing down shooting areas around here and getting more restrictive on the public ranges... that means I have to drive an hour or more to get to a decent spot - so once or maybe twice a month is about all I make it out any more...
