How old for a C&R licence?

How old do you have to be for your C&R Licence?
I cant figure it out. No one seems to know.

21, same as for any FFL, you have to be able to answer the "Applicant is at least 21 years old"-type question correctly or you will be denied.
My application was signed and in mail on my birthday, had the license 6 weeks later (the ATF told me that it was delayed 2 weeks because MD drags their feet when doing background checks for the ATF, most other people get theirs in 4 weeks at this time).

F 7 is for a 01FFL (standard dealer)
F 7CR is for C&R
Get two copies of whatever form you need, in case you make a mistake. Each 'Form' actually consists of two nearly identical forms (one is marked ATF, the other is marked CLEO, aka Chief Law Enforcement Officer)

Or www.titleii.com should have the forms for you to download and fill out using Adobe Acrobat (note, if you only have the reader, you cant save the form and print it later, you must print the form as soon as you finish filling it out), the FFL application must be printed on legal paper (8.5x14"), while the citizenship certification must be printed in landscape mode on letter paper (8.5x11").
